The water resistant cover is attached to the frame making it extremely user-friendly and easy to store. Vibrant prints are available in both UV and Dye Sublimation print options.

Why 3m x 3m is the standard event size

It fits a standard market pitch, covers a table with people working behind it, and joins in rows when your pitch is bigger. Need a different footprint? The same system comes as a compact 2m x 2m, a 3m x 4.5m and a 3m x 6m, and our gazebo buying guide covers choosing between them.

The aluminium frame, and why it matters

This is an aluminium pop up gazebo, not a steel garden one. The anodised aluminium frame with hexagonal legs and criss-cross truss is light enough for one or two people to set up, rigid once locked, and does not rust. The water resistant canopy stays attached to the frame: unfold, lift, lock the legs.

Walls and sides: turn shade into a stand

A printed full wall (3m x 2m, £99) closes a side completely and gives you a branded back wall for weather, photos and storage. A half wall (3m x 1m, £65) closes the bottom half, counter style. Buy only the sides your setup uses; most exhibitors start with one full wall as the backdrop.

Print and colours

Canopy and walls are custom printed, with UV and dye sublimation options, so your artwork and brand colours run across the roof, valance and any walls. Unsure what reads best from a distance? Send us your logo and we will advise before printing.

Standard, Eco or Deluxe?

Eco (square leg) is the value option at £476. Standard, the hexagonal-leg frame most buyers choose, is £510. Deluxe tops the range at £664 in a 2.8m x 2.8m footprint. Not sure which fits how hard the gazebo will work? Ask us and we will recommend one honestly.

Does this gazebo come with sides?

Walls are add-ons rather than part of the base kit. A 3m full wall (3m x 2m, £99) closes a side completely and a half wall (3m x 1m, £65) closes the bottom half, counter style. Both are custom printed to match the canopy, and you can add as many sides as your setup needs.

What is included in the box?

The printed canopy, the aluminium frame, a carry bag, pegs and guide ropes. Everything needed to put it up at an outdoor event is in the kit; walls are the only extra to consider.

Is it waterproof?

The cover is water resistant. Like any pop up gazebo it is temporary event shelter rather than a permanent structure, so it should be taken down in high winds and stored dry.

Aluminium or steel frame, which is better?

For event work, aluminium. It is lighter to carry and set up, and the anodised finish does not rust when the gazebo works outdoors and travels wet. Steel frames are heavier and belong on cheaper garden gazebos that stay in one place.

Can the print be any colour?

The canopy and walls are printed with your artwork, with UV and dye sublimation options, so brand colours, patterns and logo placements are all open. Send us your artwork or logo and we will advise on what reads best before printing.
